Shipping FAQ:

Q. From where does my order ship?

  A. All orders ship out of our Tucson Az. warehouse.

 

Q. Does Sign Bacon.com Ship Internationally?

  A. At this time, we only ship to the US, Canada and Mexico 

 

Q. How are shipping charges determined?

  A. Our rates vary depending on the distance the signs must travel to reach you, and are determined based on the rates of our carriers (UPS ,USPS and FedEx). Use our Shipping Calculator on the first step of the shopping cart to determine your exact shipping charge. Please select the shipping method you are most comfortable with. Once the order has left our facility, we are not responsible for late or misplaced packages. For assistance, please contact our toll free telephone number 1-800-734-7718

 

Q. What is your return policy?

  A. We want happy customers! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your sign, we do accept returns and exchanges WITHIN 10 DAYS of receipt for UNUSED signs in saleable condition with tags attached and original packaging intact. Here are the 3 steps you must take to return or exchange your sign:

 

1. REQUEST AUTHORIZATION –  All returns must be obtained in advance of any merchandise being returned. Email Becca@signbacon.com to receive your Return Authorization form. You must include your first and last name, order number and credit card information (we do not keep that information on file.). A case number will be emailed to you.  Returns received without authorization form and/or after 7 business days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds after 45 days from date of purchase.

 

2. SHIP THE PACKAGE - Follow the mailing instructions on the RA form. All signs must be in a new, unused, resalable form. Include all packaging materials. Please include packing slip with your sign.

 

3. EXPECT THE REFUND - After we receive your returned sign and have inspected the package, you will be refunded for the price of the returned sign, minus all shipping costs, via your original method of payment (please include credit card information on your form). 

 

It will take approximately 6-10 business days for the funds to reach your account. Returns of signs showing evidence of wear, or without original tags and packaging will not be honored.

 

NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return or exchange. Sign Bacon is not responsible for items lost in transit during the exchange or return process. Collect shipments will be refused.

 

Shipping charges related to the original order will NOT be refunded.
